We execute a fast and sophisticated process to sell your business in the most streamlined manner possible. Franchise-based, business brokers are archaic in their models, ill-equipped in levels of sophistication, and lack real operator experience. Our model fixes all of today's issues.
M&A Buy-side Advisory
We have participated in over $100M in M&A buy-side work, both pre and post-investment. We help deal source, participate in the due diligence process as a resource partner, and consult on integration plans.
CAPITAL PARTNER
As a capital partner, we look for recurring revenue models with a diversified customer base.
We prefer tech-enabled service companies, or businesses that are currently "tech-lite". We prefer to see consistent traction and growth in a fragmented industry; and while we are open to all industries and categories, we prefer companies within: media and marketing services, real estate, general business services, and home-related services.
Most importantly, we are always interested in meeting amazing leaders, powerful teams, and working alongside ambitious individuals.
PRICING
Growth and Exit Advisory Services are provided for a monthly low-cost retainer, plus a percentage fee based on the incremental value gained via services (upon exit).
Single-service pricing can be provided upon request.
There is no established pricing for situations where we engage as a capital partner. Each capital investment is treated independently and based on the factors of that specific business.
